Consultations
Consultation Fee - General: $35.00
Consultation Fee - Initial: $45.00
Technical Writing services are provided at a rate of $85 per hour. Total Quality Documents works on a 40-hour work week.
Completion of a document such as a guide, manual, or report will be billed based on an estimate of time for completion - and the hourly rate may be discounted for lengthy projects. Each client's documentation needs are different, and time for completion can vary widely due to the sheer length of the document, if we have done a similar document for the client before, as well as the complexity of the material.

As a guide, below are estimated price ranges for TQD's Documentation Services. All documents are delivered in either electronic help form (chm, .dotnet, or web Help format) or PDF form.
Total quality Documents completes all paper documents using Framemaker(TM) software. If you require document deliverables in .doc/.docx format (Word), a surcharge will apply.
